Centuria Capital Group has managed CIP for the past seven years, positioning the A-REIT as Australia’s largest listed, domestic pure-play industrial REIT with a portfolio of 88 high-quality industrial assets worth $3.8billon, with a significant weighting to urban infill industrial markets across Australia.
